A 30% down payment is requested upon reservation and the balance shall be paid in cash upon arrival or by Credit Card. Down payment is not refundable and shall be paid by bank transfer (as well as any possible penalties for cancellation of the booking).

In case of cancellation of reservation, the following penalties will be charged:

• within 30 days before arrival: no penalty;
• from 29 days to 15 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount;
• from 14 days to 8 days before arrival: 75 % of the total amount;
• from 7 days before arrival to the day of arrival: 100 % of the total amount.
